Has ruined my entire body, refused any type of refunds

My letter to them:

Am requesting a full refund for this nightmare of a procedure. I was promised results in the beginning that not only did I not receive but also my body is now ruined. The words said to me were we guarantee this works we know what we are doing. As my treatments went along I had serious problems with my arms and I reported them immediately. My arms were numb, purple, tons of lumps and I could not even stretch my arms without pain. At this point, I was put on antibiotics and given my next treatment date. I had another complaint of my saddlebags which were hot to the touch, I could not wear my girdle for long due to the throbbing pain and again I was told this was normal and given more treatment dates.

Once your office moved to Costa Mesa I was having more problems with my arms. I had to call your 1-800 number four times in one day to finally get a call back to see your nurse on site. Pictures were taken and I was prescribed again antibiotics and steroids. I finally was going back for my last treatment Just to get this over with and was told my butt could not be treated, as it was so red, hot to the touch and swollen, as they had never seen a person before. I was also told on one of my visits that I was a sweller and she couldnt believe I was this bad. More pictures were taken on my last visit and I was told to come back in yesterday to talk with the main physician. On yesterdays visit I was advised it was obvious I was not a candidate for this procedure and she could see the damage this has done. If needed, all staff and medical records will be subpoenaed for depositions and court.

I contacted my personal Dr. And was advised at this point I will have to have all the lumps cut out which will leave severe scaring, the purple on my arms (which looks like I have been beat on both arms) will probably be there for years, and my butt area will take up to a year for the swelling to go away. I was able to wear a bathing suit at the beginning of this program and my arms were normal. Now my arms may never be the same, I may have to have surgery to cut these lumps out and I will never be able to wear a bathing suit again. Your company has all the proof in my pictures that were taken.

Your company has ruined my body for life. As I complained to your staff, all I was ever told was this was all normal and to continue with my treatments. I have full pictures and as I work for a personal injury attorney, we are ready to file suit.in the past few days I have ran across other patients who are more then willing to file a class action lawsuit.
