I found this body by laser surfing the web. From what I read and what I was told during my consult I believed this to be a process of melting fat with cold laser. Not true, what I was told and what happened were not the same. I was scammed.
I was told a differance would be seen in 1 to 3 visits. 9 visits and nothing. I was told I would be measured for two straight weeks but everyone was always to busy. No one ever looked at my records to see what was to be worked on. I paid $3,000 to loose in my belly, thighs and arms. My arms were worked on only 4 times and I had to ask for that.
One time I was left in a room and when the timer went off I lay there for awhile when finally an arm slipped in and turned the laser back on. No voice, just an arm. The laser should had been moved but it was not and I had two more places to work on. Needless to say when the timer went off and I was again ignored I got up and left.
Susan White... It is all about money with her. Call her bluff and she goes into teenage drama queen mode. I did not want to finish my last 4 visits. I was not loosing anything. I wanted a refund Expecially after a conversation with one of the staff about how this really works. I was told it takes time and you must excersize and watch what you eat. The laser opens up fat cells that must be worked off, if you do not work it off the fat will find another place in your body to move too. I would never have paid $3,000 that I didn't really have if I had been told that to begin with! I asked for a refund on my last 4 unseen visits and for not working on my arms as paid for. Susan said she needed to consult with her attorney, really? Why would she need a attorney for a refund? I was trying to be fare asking only for what I did not recieve. I really wanted all my money back as I had been drawn in with a lie.
Susan was quite unpleasant and I was quite determined I was not leaving with the feeling that I had been totally ripped off with false information.
During my visits I saw one very unhappy young girl angry that she had not lost anything and I have seen other complaints by googling.
There is more but for now this is all I am going to say. I did get a whole $579.00 back. I am sure I am the only person complaining that got a dime. I am sure that is because Susan knew I was not the type of person to let this go. She lies, trust me on that.
I want my money back, really wish I
used my visa and not my saved cash! People need to be aware of this scam. I am not saying all buisness in this field lie to get you in and get your money but I am saying this one does.
