They deducted an addition $19.95 from my debt card after cancellation

I ordered Wu Yi Tea as a trial participant. I canceled my order because the tea was not working for me. They told me that my order was canceled, but I checked my account balance today and found that they had charged me another $19.95 for cancellation! I was very angry. I canceled that order over a month ago.

I called my bank and informed them to remove the charge and they were very accommadating. I told them about the complaint site and they honored my request.

Thank you B%. Complaint, thank for letting me express myself. I am so tired of getting Ripped off.
