Hoodiastar & Fit-Factory are subsidiaries of CentralCoastNutraceuticals, deducted $ from my debit-card account W/Out authorization

I went to Central Coast Nutraceuticals Inc. On the web & purchased Hoodia weight-loss suppliment at an introductory (30-day supply) offer of $1.00 plus a $6.95 shipping & handling fee. Upon receiving this product, I noticed that there were 2 other products in the package, Hoodia Water ($29.95) & Hoodia Gum ($9.95).

I immediately accessed my online bank statement & noticed that Hoodia-Star deducted $45.85 from my debit card account. I contacted Hoodiastar by telephone & indicated that I no longer wanted to purchase any of their products & was informed by their representitive that they would accomodate my request.

While checking my on-line banking account the next two months, I noticed that there were several unauthorized purchases two from Hoodiastar & two from another Company called Fit Factory. I called the # for Fit Factory that accompanied the charge on my bank statement & got a disconnected response.

The next day I contacted the fraud division of my bank & filed a complaint with them concerning these fraudlant withdrawls & I was informed that they would resolve this matter with these companies & the bank representative then instructed me to file a formal complaint with IC3. Gov on the net for criminal charges against these companies.
