Norwich Eye Care Dr. Hellman Dr. Hellman and his Staff @ Norwich Eye Care lose their professional touch after Dr. Winakor leaves

I've been a patient of Norwich Eye Care since 1984 and since Dr. Winakor has left their practice they have lost my business which is a shame. I can't believe how much the office and the staff have changed. You walk in the hall to the front desk and your not greeted by the wonderful smile of Janet anymore. The rude and rather cold Office Manager Carolyn has the personally of bark on a tree rough on the outside and even harder in the middle.

Does anyone know how to greet someone with a smile and a handshake anymore? Then You sit and wait for over and hour to see the man himself Dr. Hellman who give you the feeling of "What the Hell can I do for you Man" once you do get in to see him. Need more staff?!? Would anyone want to work there I've seen more smiles at a funeral.

I just think if a doctor is going to take your money insurance or not your are paying for timely and caring service not rude, well we will get back to you when we want (Then NOT CALL SOMEONE back) type of care. I know someone in Norwich knows what I'm talkin about! As for Dr. Winakor if you open a new office can't wait to see ya if you have retired well enjoy it. I will sadly miss you and Janet's friendly patient care. As for Carolyn there is no reason to be as unprofessional as you have been to your patients and other staff member the other two lovely women who work there hate you.
