Poor customer service!

American Laser Centre has got the toughest customer support office. I am fed up with reading reactions from ALCPartner informing people that are worrying to contact the 800-number. I have quit numerous communications with no you have answered. There'snot a live individual to consider the phone call—you're instantly used in a "common" voicemail. Despite contacting, the client support representative who instantly replied towards the mail stating they'll contact you briefly (yes right) leaves exactly the same common telephone number. I am on my method to employing an attorney and calling the BBB.
