Scam and dishonesty!

I recently shifted to Keene, NH and unearthed that Aspen Dental may be the only dentist around included in my insurance. The team appears excellent, however they explained I required a unique cleansing (it had been truly uncomfortable) that we haven't been informed by my other dentists; offered me a physical brush I actually donot require; and billed me $800 on the $1500 bill even though that my insurance includes 80%. I spoke for them plus they stated if my insurance gives more they'll pay me in the end funds are obtained. I'm feeling TRULY unpleasant concerning the entire scenario. Are they cushioning my statement and doing methods that I actually donot require? Beware!
