Deceitful, dishonest, criminals who need to be prosecuted!

My sister has had nothing but grief and heartache from the people at Trans Florida. She is not in good health and was SO looking forward to the add on room to her mobile home. All they did was collect $37,000.00 from her and assure her it would be done soon. Somehow SOON never came. It has been since 2006 and it is now 2008!

The only thing they did was tear down the old room and left her with nowhere to store her stuff! This should be against the law for these people to treat people this way. Something needs to be done and immediately. Recently my mom passed away and since she was the primary care giver it hit her hard. Then, as if that weren't enough. She found out she has uterine cancer and had to have surgery and is now facing chemo. It would be very nice if she had a POSITIVE in her life right now and they seem to not CARE one little bit about that. We made several trips to their office and they got tired of us coming and finally said we would have to set up an appointment. Then when we tried to they wouldn't let us. Go figure.

I spoke with the desk secretary (who quit them because she was tired of them telling lies to people) and she said she just couldn't work for someone who treated their customers like that anymore. She said, "I don't have to take their bull sh* anymore." All I can say is that I certainly hope my sister stays healthy long enough to have and enjoy a new room she so deserves. She lives on $800 a month and gave them her life savings, which she would love to have back at this time and get someone else to build it. Someone needs to help please! Linda
