Do not use this so called free trial they are offering. They do not provide ANY type of clear way to cancel their billing after the free trial is close to expiring. The weight loss pills DO NOT WORK. Then after you file a dispute with your credit card or billing method they send a generic form letter to your credit card dept stating that "you never cancelled, reason why customer was charged $149.95". They also CHANGE their website after you file a dispute that shows a cancellation in their drop down selection. This IS NOT THERE when you try to contact them and request a cancellation. It's like their entire website is changed or adjusted. They don't make it CLEAR or EASY to cancel by any means at all. Matter of fact there IS NOT WAY to contact them directly, period. The phone # that shows on your credit card has an outgoing msg that redirects you to their website to contact them. Then the website says to email them for contact (and the email is within their website, it doesn't provide a link so you can have it saved in your SENT mail folder for future reference - these guys know EXACTLY what they are doing). Nevertheless, after the email is completed there is a pop up msg that says "someone will contact you within 24-48 hrs". They never do. I sent TWO emails and then I filed a dispute.

They have SOOOOO many complaints out there on the net, wish I had read them BEFORE I tried the trial sample. Many are trying to file MAIL FRAUD charges against this company, as well as withe Oklahoma's attorney general. They are complete CROOKS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR GOOD, HARD EARNED MONEY doing business with these unethical scammers!!!
