The only way to put this company out of business is for everyone to send an email to everyone they know to not fall for this 15 day free trial scam. If they can't sell their pills they will go out of business. I notified the BBB, The oklahoma Attorney Generals office and my own attorney and I don't think we will find relief because they are operating just barely inside the law. So tell everybody to tell everybody not to buy anything from www.usaveonpills.com, or PE Labs or any of their other aliases. I have notified everyone in my email address book not to buy anything from this company And to email all their friends to do the same.
I recieved an email from this company if that's what you want to call them. They offered a 15 day free trial of their weight loss pills for $4.95 S/H. When I recieved the pills there were 2 bottles of 15 pills each mailed in seperate packages. Since you are only supposed to take 1 pill a day, I knew they sent too much. I noticed there was no invoice that came with it or even an advertisement offering to sell more pills so I dug the email back up and went online to their web page and that is when I saw their little tiny statement that said must agree to terms and conditions. When I clicked on it there was 14 pages of their so called terms and conditions. I put in 2 tickets to cancel and six days latter this woman called me and told me that the only way I could cancel this was to send her $49.95. My attorney said I should so I did. If I hadn't smelled a rat my credit card could have been charged $149.95. $49.95 was bad enough. I'm only hoping they will do something illigal so they can be put in jail.
