They told you you can cancel the policy in 30 days, and get money back, but they keep drow money from your bank, when you call no one will answer the phone

When they sell you the health insurance, said if you change mind you can cancel it in 30 days, you will get your money back. I did cancel the policy in 15 days, instead give your money back, they continue withdraw money from our bank, when I called to ask where is the check they promised to send. They keep on saying the money will send to me in 3 weeks.

But, now 3 months had been passed, their excuse becoming they try to sue the agent so they can get the money back in order to pay me. When you ask who they sueing to and who is their attorney's name, they ask you to leave a message and never call you back.
