They took my money and didn't provide services

Like all the other reports this company promised, guaranteed, and contracted into providing home training services for me. I went through 3 trainers (who were obviously not getting paid). I paid for 20 sessions and only got 5 over a 6 month period. How is a person supposed to get in shape with that kind of service. Then I find out the company has closed thier doors, when I call to find, yet again, another trainer.

I have filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Protections Agencies in Texas and in Pennsylvania where I live. I have also filed reports with the Better Business Bureau, Complaints.com, and now here at usacomplaints. Coms.com.

The more people who complain with these agencies, the more likely we will get a class action suit filed. I have spoke with a lawyer and that is what we need. More legitimate complaints with the right agencies.

Now, we need a lawyer to stand up and file a class action suit. Let's fight back and get the money back that's owed to us!
