I ordered the free sample, then returned the "unused portion" before the trial period ended. I even returned their free gift. What wasn't clearly indicated was that thy wanted the opened 15mL (very small) opened bottle returned also. They billed my credit card for $69.95 and would not return it, even when I offered to send them that bottle also. Don't bite on the free sample!
