They took my money and did not deliver my product

I ordered a weight loss product from naturalhcg.com they told me that it would take about 6 to 8 weeks. It has been 5 months. When i inquired about it, they said there was some type of delay in shipping and they very backed up.in october they said the shipping problem was fixed. Then finally in november they said I should get it in a week. I told them i did not receive anything and they did not respond. I threatened that i would take some action if they did not respond. Still no answer. I think i should be able to sue them but I have never sued anyone before. And i don't know how to go about it. I have saved all the emails they sent me, reciepts, and messages telling me i will get my product soon (them giving me the runaround).
