Peeping Tom! Stay Away!

I joined Planet Fitness sometime ago.
All of a sudden I read in the newspaper that some guy has been arrested for putting a video camera in the changing room.
After reading this I was outraged and went down to cancel my membership.
The manager was extremely rude and charged me a cancellation fee!
I told her I don't want to come to a place where your employee got caught video taping people changing! She said "too bad".
She was rude as you can be and gave me such a hard time.
You think she'd be apologetic or try to keep me as a customer. NO!
This manager, a female, was nasty!
