Told I Owe $450 for 2005 Gym Membership in a Distant City

I received to phone call claiming that I owe them
$450 for a gym membership in 2005. Interestingly, I live in Tucson which is about 120 miles from their facility, so it would be highly unlikely that I would join a gym in Phoenix. In addition, I did have a membership to LA Fitness during that period.
