Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

On 09/30, I entered into a Membership Agreement with Superfitness, Inc.in the third week of October I went to the facility, only to find a vacant building. The fitness center was completely empty, with a simple note taped to the front door, stating out of business. There was also a large sign, located on top of the building, stating For Lease. On May 5, I receive a collection letter for 483.80. Obviously, I will not be paying for a health facility, that cease to exists. I am appalled that the management of Superfitness would enroll my membership, knowingly aware that this location was going out, within less then 30 days of my enrollment!
