Wants to charge me for medicine i sent back - did not even order!

The mail order system this company has is a joke!
I have been dealing with this $40 bill for months. They sent the wrong medication and told us that we still had to pay. It got paid and i informed them that I wanted nothing else to do with them. Heck it cost more than in the store.

Then I get another order a couple months later. I called them and told them about their error. The said sorry and credited me the money back to my checking account. They also said someone would call me if anything else was needed. It did not happen nor has it happened anytime they said they would call back. I received a notice in the mail a month later that I owed $40. I threw this away thinking it was just an error.

Another month comes and get the same thing. I called to speak with a very rude individual and he informed me that amount would be owed until I sent back the medication. This is the first time I had heard this!!! He sent me a package to mail it back in. Well, actually all I got was a label and had to go get a package myself.By the way, it took 3 weeks to get the label. I dropped it in the mail. I then got another $40.00 bill in the mail and called. I stayed on hold forever.

They guy came back and told me they had received medicine back but did not know why it was not posting to my account. He stated someone would call me and let me know and it should be taken off my account! Then no one calls and a another letter comes. This time a possible Collection notice.

I called again and agin they did not know why. Again stated it should be taken care of as it had been returned. Again said someone would call. THEY DID! But just left a message to call them back.

I Just called back and now they tell me they can not remove amount until they receive medicine back. Something that had been confirmed over 2 months ago. WOW! This is a principal issue. I will not pay for something I do not have!!! Heck - They gave me they money back. What if walmart did this to customer everytime they returned something?
