I noticed a missed call on my phone this evening, didn't recognize the number and they didn't leave a message so I didn't think anything of it.

Well at 8:59pm on Thanksgiving Eve, some lady with a foreign accent calls me. The first thing I did was demand to know who the @#$ was calling me, she tells me she is from National Medical Strategies. I told her that I was on the DO NOT CALL list, and she was in violation of it. She said she wasn't a telemarketer, so I told her she better make it quick, as it was 9pm and I wasn't too happy. She hung up. So googling the company name brought me here.

I may seem nasty, but I have no use for these scumbag telemarketers or scammers, and feel that they are fair game for me to do whatever I please to depending on my mood when they call.

Hmm, since I am on the DO NOT CALL list I think that I may have to look into reporting them on that aspect as well...
