Over charged credit card and would not respond to (2) certified mails for refund request

I went to an examnation for possible treatment at Grandpa's Dental in Septemeber 2007.

I was told that I had a infected tooth and was said that if I had two caps put on other teeth they would pull the bad tooth for free.

No mention of a root canal to save the tooth and this concerned me.

I was given an impression of my teeth without my permission or even if and what the charge of this would be.

I was told that, upon leaving, it would be $50.00 for their impression service. I paid with a credit card and later found out that they placed a fraudelent charge on my card for $600.00.

I called their bookkeeper Sandy, and she explained that she prepaid my next appointment so that I would recieve special discounted pricing on my caps that I had not received.

I told her that this is fraud as their newsletter shows the caps at everyday charge the same as the so called discount price.

She told me to write a letter requesting a refund so I did. On 10/04 2007 I wrote requesting a refund and it was certified request receipt signed for received on 10/19.

I again wrote back (having not heard back) on 10/27 requesting a refund. I received the certified card back signed and dated 10/29.

I have called them and they have refused to put into their bookkeeper through many times.

These folks readily take your money and even fraudulently charge your credit card.
