I ordered Kevin Trudeau's book "Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know About" online Aug. 2. I paid $39.90 for this book and I have NEVER received it. I've called the support center and have spoken to at least 5 people to request a refund since September 8th. Still no book, no refund. The representatives even had the gall to tell me that they had no record of my order. Thank God, I always print out my online order receipts in case this might happen.

I've sent faxes with a refund request accompanied by my order confirmation and ticket number as proof that I did indeed order the book, still no refund. My husband and I saw the book for less than $20 and now I don't want it, nor do I care anymore. I just want my money back!
