PLEASE avoid Present Day Choices. It's a headache. I've shipped and sent atleast 10 copies of statements that had never been compensated and each time I contact they've no report of these. They claim they'll look at it and call-back and not once have I received an update. I'm still looking to get statements taken care of My Dad from 2006.
