Rebate denial ripoff

We purchased a Verizon family plan with 4 phones from Cellular Choices with the promise of a full rebate on the cost of all the phones (4 x $300 = $1200). After waiting the necessary length of time and providing the necessary copies of all paperwork, including phone bills and UPC codes from the boxes, we received denial letters with vague reasons of why our rebate claims were denied.

The denial letters list many possible reasons why the claim could have been denied, none of which applied to us. The representatives are almost impossible to get on the phone, and when we finally did, they were very rude and refused to explain why the rebate claim was denied. They essentially make it impossible to get the claim because they ignore any proof that you try to give them that your claim is valid. This company is a total scam.
