Travelex travel insurance
Made filing claim next to impossible

I purchased travel insurance through travelex. My suit case was damaged during handling between SLC and Sidney. I tried to contact Travelex through their call collect number, but call was not taken.
I reported claim after returning home and Travelex made the claim forms and documentations required impossible to complete without incurring more cost that the actual claim was worth. Several people have since told me that this is Travelex's style, sent more claim papers and require more documentation than claim is worth.
I am glad that there are other choices in travel insurance. Please be aware of Travelex.
