Be really careful with Bally's Pleasant Hill, CA

I am a college student and for the summer I was at home and I went to Bally's and told them I wanted a summer deal only since after that I would go back to college and would not have time to go to the gym anymore. I do not work and do not have transportation.

After that I received a coupon book for 3 years! I have been receiving a lot of calls from them requesting a payment. I have told them that I do not work and that I am back at school and do not have time nor transportation to go. They told me there is a bally within 25 miles from my school but I told them again that I do not have transportation and I get financial aid to pay for my education so I dont have money to pay for bart.

I think it is very unfair that they do not let me cancel the contract. They have told me to send a letter and saying what I already said on the phone but I do not think they will stop harrassing me with all their phone calls after I send that letter...
