Ordered Liproxin & $ deducted from my bank account but no response from the company ripoff

I ordered Liporexin in the amount of $38.99 thru ebay and pay pal. This amount cleared paypal on 8/5 and hit my bank account on 8/7. Since then there has been no confirmation email or communication of any kind from the company.

I sent an email to customerservice@liporexin.com today but don't really expect to get any response. I'm assuming after seeing 3 other complaints on this site that I should talk to paypal, ebay and my bank. Also will check into the BBB. Any other suggestions on what I can do?
