After being a member for some time-they have to be the most disorganized company with rude employees. They tell you one thing and then when they get you in to change a membership they double talk you. The best part is when the General Manager told me a special was for the days you bring in your friends and they won't hassle them. Hassle isn't the word for it-so that is how you get and keep your customers-Hassle-see ya later-get someone that is a professional in there to clean it up. They tried to trick me into signing up for something I already had and tried to put t to me another way. The facility is dirty actually I am notifying the health department-they have flyers on front desk stating that they have problems with vandals, I wonder why-poor managment. They have immature membership people with no repect for customers-I am glad I am out of there-also they have too many malfunctions with there computers or they lie to you about that
