Deceptive Credit card Practices, Charges credit card immediately! Ripoff

I ordered Viapren from an advertisement run in the Newark Star-Ledger. I called a phone number and was told I would get a trial package to try for 30 days, and that I could call a different number and opt-out of automatic delivery. My credit card was charged $9.95 for the trial package on July 23rd. Another charge was automatically made against my credit card on July 30 for $49.95 for an automatic delivery.
They give you very little time to test the product, which didn't work for me at all! When I called the company's 800 (800-770-8158) number to cancel, they refuse to credit your account for the automatic delivery they sent. You stay on hold a long time when you do call.
I tried to cancel the automatic delivery order and be refunded the full amount. The girl I spoke with refused to do that, saying that I only had 10 days from the day of order to cancel the automatic delivery. THey claim the product is already in the mail. I am going to refuse the package when it comes.
I contacted my bank and am having them follow up on this order. The advertisement in the Star-Ledger was very good. It was a 6" x 11" ad with a phone number that offers you a FREE TRIAL Pack! You have to pay $9.95 for shipping. THe package is so small, it couldn't possibly cost $9.95 to ship! It also says in the ad that "Your Satisfaction Is Guaranteed." They state: "The makers of Viapren Strips are so sure you'll be more than satisfied, they'll let you try it before you buy it!". They don't. They charged my credit card the full $49.95 seven days after charging the $9.95 for the Trial Pack!
I am hoping my bank can get better results than I got. This is fraudulent advertising.
I understand they change their phone numbers repeatedly. So the number I referenced (800-770-8158) may or may not be in service now.
