Prevents return of bogus product for refund ripoff Utah

After trying repeatly to telephone, access them on the internet and trying to find an address to return this BOGUS product I an no futher ahead than when I started, over two weeks ago.
Today however I found $99.61 charged to my credit card. (7-19-07) I called the credit card co. And they said to return the product to the company for credit. I told thecard co that is what I am trying to do but where do I send it? The card co said they do not give out that information. Anyone have any sugestions?
