They continue to send products, I return & tell them no more but they continue, ripoff

This product does not work. I return the product, tell them I do not want them, but they keep coming and I keep returning. I have notified my credit card company but they keep billing me. I have sent my credit card compamy a copy of the rip off report but it was ignored. My only choose now is to cancel my credit card.
