BellaClear
Return Scam

Education & Science

This product came out of an attempt to recieve another onlne product. BellClear offered a trial of the product - free - I just needed to pay s&h $4.71. I did so, and my credit card was charged on Dec. 23. Mind you I didn't receive the product until January. I did not notice upon ordering a stipulation of returning the product received in 10 days in order not to be charged further. Well today 1/23/08 i noticed a charge on my credit card from 1/7/08 for an amount of $78.41!! I called customer service, and after being on hold 23 minutes, was told by a rep that i had to return unused portion within 10 days. There was little info regarding returns. I had to check my credit card statement just for a number to reach them. The fact that I was charged for this product before 10 days is appalling, and to have customer service use this b.S. As basis for taking people's money is 3x bogus. I told them I would return the product, because it is still very much in the bottle, and this mess doesn't work. He says I can't return or get my money back. I am furious, and for lack of a better word "pissed" For $80 I could have gotten 4 applications of Pro-activ & shared with my whole family. If anyone knows how I can get my money back for this I would appreciate the input. I must say, they have a helluva scam going on, and I will be bloggin all over the internet if I can to warn others not to fall for this offer.
