Total ripoff impossible to get order status (what a joke) impossible to unsubscribe

I can't believe this company continues to steal money from un-suspecting consumers. How many reports will it take to stop these criminals? My story is the same as the others that are posted on consumer complaintss. Placed an order on 7/1/07, made my first of many order status queries and got no reply, it states they will reply within 24 hours.

Surprise, surprise there is no email address listed anywhere, so you cannot email them directly, just submit another query. After a week of no reply, tried to unsubscribe but again, a total run around. They have my credit card number but i have contacted my credit card company and they will not be able to steal another penny from me.

If anybody knows of any other way to put the word out on these scam artists, please post your reply. I would love to be a part of bringing down these a-holes who are stealing our hard earned money.
