Ripoff The Company Took My Money and Didn't Deliver the Goods! The are theives!

We ordered from primapharmacy.com on Tuesday, February 13. The order was never shipped. When you go to the site it says:
Order ID Status Status ID Order Date Tracking Number * O - Declined by QAUser 32 2/13 4:30: 56 PM

So as the order was apparently declined, you would think they would refund the money. Or at the very least send an email saying the refund is on it's way.

It is now Feb 27/07, and we've tried to contact them through email... By phone as there was a phone number on the credit card statement, but no one responds. And I have not seen a refund yet.

I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges! They cannot get away with this! They have my $225.95.
