Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I also fell for the trial offer where you only pay for s&h of 4.97 online. You are supposed to call before 14 days to stop any automatic charge to the account. I called several times where it kept asking for an extention number that I didn't have. I finally got someone and was told that my card had already been charged (even though my 14 days had not been up) and that I would have to return the product in order to have my money returned. I'm still waiting for the product and I can't find them online anymore.
