Was told I was getting a free trial. When I went to get a return number for the product lashatone, was given the run around by the agent stating I hadn't given the product enough time to work. After 30 minutes on the phone I finally hung up on him without getting a return number which I had to have in order to return it. I called back and said it was causing me eye irratation so they finally gave me a return number. Product was returned in June.in August, I look at my bank account only to find in two days they had charged me $59.95 twice. One on Aug 15 and one on Aug 16. I called on Monday, Aug. 16th to ask what the heck they were doing and was told, "we didnt charge your account anything, call your bank" I said yes, I have it right here in front of me. Finally a supervisor told the agent that my account was accidently charged. Over the weekend they had a "clich" in their system and everyone affected was supposed to have been called. So they said they would reimburse me but it would take two days. I was now going to overdraw my account so I had to borrow against an revolving account but was charged $30.00 to do so. Four days later only one charge of 59.95 was credited. I called again to find out and they said, oh sorry we closed that account. It states you have been refunded your money in full. Are you kidding me. So they had to reopen my account and now are saying they will refund the second charge. Hopefully with as many scams as they pull, this company will run themselves out of business or BBB will close them down.
