Bogus Claims, Phony Return Policy, Scandalous!

I order this supposedly amazing diet tea online direct from Wu-longsource and after I purchased it I couldn't stomach to drink it. Tried it with everything I could think of, nothing made it palatable to me. I lost my invoice that came with the product, but still had the box. They list a Las Vegas address and telephone number, so I called it to get the email address to obtain a RMA# and instructions for returning my purchase.

I clearly stated that I wanted to return the product and a "Mark" responded in a patronizing tone and suggested I try it with honey or splenda (I'm allergic to honey and splenda made the tea taste even worse!) I responded accordingly and repeated my request for a RMA#. No response. Sent duplicate request a few days later. No response. Started to research a little on the web and low an behold— This company appears to be rated as a scam operation, so I copied and pasted the article I found and emailed to "Mark" again a Wu-long. Finally! A Response!!!

The next day I received a message from Mark discounting everything in the article and said to contact him if I had any further questions or concerns. Not a word about my request for a RMA#!! So of course I responded again and now today I left him a message stating that I no longer even care about my refund, that now on principle alone, I will do what ever I can to make sure people know that they cannot trust this companies promises and claims.

To think that Oprah Winfrey has lent her name and her image to this company is horrifying! I think she needs to made aware that her image is selling a product for a company with very dishonest practices.
