The business, FRONTIER PHARMACIES, that I am exposing is an internet pharmaceutical website (frontierpharmacies.com) advertising the lowest prices on prescription drugs.

I went to their website (frontierpharmacies.com) placed an order, entered my credit/banking information to complete payment for order. I was under the impression that once they confirmed with my Dr my prescription, that my order would be filled and immediately ship my prescription. Once i confirmed my order and the payment was sent, another little pop up screen came up and it stated that 19.95 of the payment I had just sent was nonrefundable and a cover charge for the processing of my order. It was immediately withdrawn from my debit/checking account.

I have never received my order and now 5 months later, i am discovering that not only was my bank account billed the 19.95 for the processing of my order but that they have also enrolled me in a membership program and consecutively and monthly have been billing my account 20.95 for a membership to their prescription savings plan. Never was this membership nor the charges mentioned prior. They make their money by consumers like me who are not on top of every banking transaction and are unable to stop such unauthorized and blatently fraudulent charges.

Time came for me to dispute the validity of the charges and question the whereabouts of my order and the website, frontierpharmacies.com, is now not a working website. When I have tried calling the 866-221-5391 that is the contact number regarding the charge on my bank account, I was told that they are only a customer service number and are not directly related to the charges being made to my account. The call center has a website of cs@customerservicemv.com and i was told that they were in the Netherlands as well as Italy however the people i spoke to at the call center, Jade and Andy, had remarkable english accents.

I was told that they simply are a call center set up to take calls for over 500 companies. They are of little to maybe no help thus far. Then i stumbled on the 95 consumer usacomplaints.com here on this website for the same business and forwarded these 95 reports to the call centers email. Ouch.

The charges are showing up on my bank statement as:

I have contacted my bank and was given the above number and told to try and work it out with the company that is making the debits. The number never has worked for me. I have been left on hold every time and never have i been able to get a live person on the line. To date, this scheme has costed me $99.43

I plan to investigate futher into the identities of this business, the owners and their physical address. I will report this the BBB as well as my attorney general and commissioner of state and well as the same FL officials.

Additionaly help in my battle would greatly be appreciated.

I have been told by the call center after explaining my failed attempts that they would aide me in retrieving my stolen money. Guess we will see!
