Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I ordered a trial size of phentrazine 37.5 for the cost of $4.95. The web site never stated that I would have to agree to a suto savings program in which they would send me more to the product and charge me $149.95.

When I received the second package worth $149.00 I immediately tried to contact the company by phone, and their on line support. If you contact them by phone you will always be told that all customer service personnel are helping others and if you try online support you can NOT send an e-mail or get in contact with the company.

I then contacted my bank and they sent me the terms and conditions in which this company states it shows you in two different places on the site. If you go to these places that the company saids it tells you of the terms and agreements and click on them nothing happens. I was never informed of these terms and conditions or I would have never purchased the trial offer. I immediately returned the merchandise to the company, but my bank told me that I needed to get a RMA number from the company before doing so or they would not except the package.

I explained to my back that there is no way to contact this company to get the RMA number. So I sent it back without the number and I have not received it back. I don't want the product I want my 145.95 back. This company is dirty and underhanded and I think that all consumers should be aware of their dirty practices.

I have closed that credit card so they can not make any more unauthorized transactions on it. I am hoping that you can help me get my money back.
