Fraudulently charge my credit card $149.95 Oklahoma City

Sometime around the end of November. I received an e-mail for a Weight loss product "Phentrazine" 15 Day Free Trail all you pay for is shipping and handling $4.95. So I gave it try. It seem to be alright but not great. So I forgot all about it then in early January 07 I received a Package from Pure Energy Products which contained two Bottles Phentrazine 37.5Mg I thought they probably sent it by mistake. So I went on the Internet to see if I could find a phone Number but I found several Ripoff reports instead. I then went to my online Credit card site and sure enough I too had been charged 149.95.

I'm in the process of disputing the charges I'll let you know how that work out and I sent the drugs back to Pure Energy. They refused delivery and they were returned to me. I was told that somewhere in their Terms & Conditions statement there is a line that tell you that you are being enrolled in their weight loss program. And if you didn't read the Terms and Conditions statement well that just too bad.

I copy their terms & conditions statement and pasted to an MS Word Document it was 22 pages long. I haven't found the statement yet but I'm still looking.
