Ripoff 2 months after I cancelled with them automatically deducted from my debit card

A "friend" talked me into trying to sell goji juice with Free Life knowing I was very broke. They said they would buy out my cases if I didn't sell them and that none of the other distributors could keep cases in stock. I signed up and paid 5 pm Dec 30. Before 9am Jan 1 they had signed me up online. They violated the law of three business days time for recission. Jay Rosengren wanted to contact my friends and family with just me listening. I was not comfortable. After 6 tries to sign people up I said I wanted out. Then Jay R said he'd try to sell them. First he said he had 8 cases sold and would come the next day to get them. Then it was 3 cases. He left me a check for the 3 and told me to hold it. Then 3 days later he says he wants to swap the check out for one $60 less as people don't want to pay $142.90 a case because later you get a $20 commission per case. A few days later he wanted to buy just one more case. He said after Feb 15th I would receive it. I never got the commission check and called free life. They said I had to wait til March 1st to have it reissued or pay $25 for a replacement check. I waited til March 1. They said that they don't send checks out until the 15th of the month! I said this is a replacement for LAST month. Nope! I had to wait til the end of March to get it. Free life said for me to send back the remaining 4 cases. I drank two cases and found no difference at all in my health problems and they say they have a no questions guarantee. So freelife told me they would credit me for 6 cases. I paid $37 to ship by ups (carol rosengren did later repay me the $37). I waited one month to get credited for the 6 cases.

Meanwhile I had called repeatedly about the missing check, delays, The rosengren's paying me $20 less a case, etc. I had gone online to try to remove my credit card info, and I also cancelled shipments of the next two months, in case they delayed cancelling my membership. Finally at the end of March I had my money, and called and they said I was cancelled totally. I looked and "my" web site was gone. I threw out my notes and numbers and thought "thank God I am done with this".

Today I checked my meager checking account balance and saw that $143.90 had been deducted by Free Life! I called demanding an immediate credit. They said they can put a "rush on it" but it is not immediate. I heard all these stories last Feb, and March. I called my bank about fraud. They called Freelife. Free life said it was on autoship. Made no explanation for how this happened two months after I had cancelled my membership with them! I looked online and put in my email addy and it says "no such member". The bank said I may have to pay to ship back goji juice to them! The woman at Freelife said there was a change in my upline... I think one of them reactivated me to get more money for themselves! They have been a nightmare to deal with.
