Ripoff Double billed! Doesn't work! Won't refund $120! Mngr. Jessica Thomas?

I was trying to order diet pills online. These people called me back with a "much better" product. I bought it knowing it could be returned if I was not satisfied. I even have their packing slip stating that. I found the $120 on my bank statement twice. AND

It DOESN'T work at all. Nothing! I talked to the lady. She told me to send it back and they would refund my money. I send it back overnight. Now She will not talk to me. Every day for over a week..."she'll be in tomorrow". This guy told me no one can help me but her. I don't know what to do. I'm out money, don't have any product, out dhl expenses, and can't even get someone to talk to me. They're A Rip Off!!!
