On August 29 I placed an order on my debit card for $188.98 for some Green Coffee Bean diet bills and for some saffron pills. I received this product (s) On September 13. And, upon urging from a company rep asked to try the pills for a week and if I wasn't satisfied to send them back for a full refund. I had the three-month supply for one week and, not being satisfied with the results, sent them back with a note requesting my refund. To date I have not received my refund as promised and every number I've called I have either received a machine asking my number and someone will get back to me which never happens, or a machine saying an app error has occurred - goodbye! At this point I am so frusterated (sic). I have filed a complaint with the BBB and talked to my bank. My bank has told me to check my checking account tomorrow and if I have not received my refund by then to call them and they will cancel my debit card and issue me a new one. I just feel so stupid at this point and, believe me, no more buying crap like this on line!!
