Greed! I told the dentist involved exactly what I wanted and wanted them to look like. He took my $2,500.00 and refuses to refund any of my money

I had a bridge that broke and was being held on by 2 teeth. I found Dr. Yaffee at The Denatl Spa on line and made an appt. To see him. He was very nice and promised on more that one occassion to do exactly what I wanted. I was very adamant on what I wanted.

I saw the dentist only 5 times. He grinded down my bottom teeth and made them uneven and with that said he put the wax denture in my mouth then took it our and wanted to grind down my 2 teeth that hold my bridge in place. I strongly objected. His attitude immediatley changed.

He insurted the denture into my mouth it was way to big and when he asked me to smile all you could see way gum. I strongly objected to the way they looked and he told me that I don't always smile like that.

I am 54 years old and told him that is how I smile and have done so all my life. He became very demeaning and coped a slight attitude.

I left his office and sent him a letter that I was not coming back, I was way to upset and cried all the way back to work. I was so nerved that my blood pressure shot up and I had to go to take a couple days off from work.

I paid well in advance and he will not refund me my $2,500.00 even though I offered some of it for his time. When I asked him he said I'm keeping all of it. For God sake it's only a wax mold.
