Ripoff - don't let them destroy your mouth like they did mine!

I went to western dental because if their "payment" plan.

I wanted all or as many teeth pulled so i copuld finally wear dentures and have a nice smile as well as say good bye to all the horrific pain i had dealt with for many years, and just could not deal with any longer!

They agreed' that yes i needed my teeth pulled! But dentures were hundreds of dollars cheaper than "partcials".

So they refused to pull all of the teeth i "knew' were bad and beyond hope and left the 2 canines in front in (although one was much longer than the other).

So he filed the longer one down to amtch the length (somewhat). I told them that was one of the teeth that had given me trouble and pain for a long time. (they ignored my plea to get it out of mouth)! They pulled 11 teeth. And fit my tempory particals in place!

I finally had a wonderful smile even though i was to still have pain for the teeth they left in. The total bill was $3,600 i had a 2-3 month wait for my permanent set to finally come in (i was told they were in the process of changing labs). However the reason i was having it done when i did was for a family reunion in idaho in september.

This was february. Needless to say i did not have my permanent set by the reunion. And when i did get them they looked worse than the teeth they had pulled out!!! They hurt my mouth and i was embarassed to even try them on in the dentist office! They were buck, & really ugly and had a black tint around every tooth! They looked rotten!

I refused this set! They said they would have the "new" lab do a better job! This took over a month because my dentist went on vacation. Finally i got my appt. And they were the same ugly looking set as before! By now the tooth i insisted be pulled was worsening and bleeding all of the time.

I also wanted the front teeth they left in my mouth as white as possible. So i asked about the "zoom" treatment.

They charged me the full price of a full front of teeth, which includes 3 treatments. I had 2 of the 3 for a total of 4 teeth. They charged me almost $300.00 for this. And i only recieved 2 of the 3 treatments. They refused to work out my bill accordingly!

I had to wait another 3-4weeks for my partcials to come in..

The day they were to be in for my appt. They called and said there was another problem. When i finally did get a set. They were the ugly black rotten looking buck set for the 1st attempt! I had already paid well over half of what was owed. When this set broke. The front teeth popped off while i bit into a piece of garlic bread! Great craftsmenship! When i told them about this they said i would have to pay for the repair! I hadn't had these teeth more than a month! But when they would not work with me and my bill adjustment, i lagged on my payments.

They immediately put me in collections! So now not only do i not have a pretty smile. I don't have any teeth. My teeth that are still in my mouth are slowly falling out (as i told them they would) (that is way i wanted them all pulkled in the first place)!

I feel they should have at least repaired the ugly set if not made sure i was happy with what i was paying for! I mean almost $4,000.00. And for what? Pain, embarassment, and no teeth!
