Mega health is a rip off

First off this a rip off. My agent came by my house and failed to give me ALL of the information about this insurance. He failed to tell me that I could only go to the doctor once every three months. We discussed that I go to the doctor once every three months to get a birth control shot so he knew that I could not go to the doctor anymore in those three months. He told me Mega would pay for the shot and they don't.

I found out when I got my policy and had already cancelled my other insurance. He told me to cancel it the next day, so I did. Also, he failed to tell me that they only pay 75.00 a visit. He told me all I would have to pay is a co-pay of 20.00. BUT THAT WAS WRONG!!! I found out when I went to the doc. And got the bill, I called my agent and he asked me what kind of place did I go that he has NEVER paid over 75.00 a visit. But it was just a walk in clinic.

So after all that I wrote a letter and called Mega to tell them that their agents was misrepensenting their company. They never understood what I was doing and keep telling me to look at my policy. They didn't care at all. I told them about everything I have typed here about misrepensenting of their agent. But they didn't care.

I have had this insurance since 2004 and I wanted to know how much they have paid for me. So, I called and I pay 218.00 a month and since 2004 they have paid 415.00 for me. The lady told me I must be healthy, I said no your insurance is NO GOOD

Anyway, as of today I am changeing to Aetna for 222.00 a month and I can go to the doctor everyday if i want to!!!
