Nase told me we had a copay on rx and found out otherwise / piqua ohio

We have only had Mega Life and Health for a short time but let me tell you it was long enough to know that they are a rip-off our agent told us everything that we wanted to here of course it was all great until i had to use the insurance, my oldest son had to have his foot x-rayed and i got the bill.

My 20% ended up being 80% which they only paid $20.00 out of 225.00 i ended up with the rest. Then both of my boys got sick and i had to take them to the doctor and the RX copay that my agent told us that we had which was $15 for generic and $40 for non generic was nothing but a lie i took the prescriptions to the drug store and just dropped them off thinking it would cost no more than $100.00 for all four of there prescriptions, well let me just tell ya when i went to pick them up and they told me my cost was $398.24 i was dumbfounded i told them that i had a copay on RX and they said not according to what they said i then asked if they had paid anything on the medication she said yea $9.00 of one and maybe $20.00 of the remaining 3.

I then had to call the Doctor because i could not afford this much money he then called in something cheaper but still cost me $198.98 i had to get the medication for my boys so of course i paid it.

I have tried to get ahold of my so called agent and he has decided not to return my calls, they keep calling me with a recording not a real person of course and telling me that my payment is due, off course they want that money but they don't want to give you what you pay for thats for sure. They won't be getting any more of mine.
