Item fails as previously mentioned

I purchased this at Sallyis, adopted the instructions, and thought that exactly what the item guaranteed might happen might really occur.

The product was designed to lighten out chosen lengths of my hair, providing me shows, then simultaneously shade the lengths (crimson, in my own situation). This didn't occur. After following a instructions, I'd bleach blonde shows, but no shade. I lost five dollars with this item.

24 hours later I published a contact towards the firm's customer support division, detailing that it did not function which I wouldnot be purchasing other things from their store as a result of this encounter. I never got an answer. I suppose I am just happy my hair did not drop out or something.
