Ripoff, No Customer Service and Never Sends Items

Natural Cures is a MAJOR rip off! I ordered the two books from the website each at $9.95 on 12/12/06 and now 1/14/06 my order still says that it has not been shipped out.
It was a pain to even get to the page that has my contact information on it, and to be honest I am not sure how I did it. But on that page it says they got the payment but items have not been shipped out. I have sent them 5 emails and I never get a response.
I did find their REAL address and phone number though on yellowpages.com. I plan on calling that number over and over and over again. Stay away from this company they will take your money and run with out giving you the items!!
