Unauthorized bank withdrawel from checking account, ripoff

Natural Cures sent an unauthorized automatic withdrawel from my checking account for $71.40.

This was one year after I made a purchase for the same amount, which was also taken out of my checking account, however with my permission.

I have not made any further purchases. I have not been able to reach anyone at either phone number I have for the offices.

I have filed a Dispute with Key Bank of Idaho.
