J.D. Marvel Products Co ripoff Sent check for hearing aid and never received it

After seeing several advertisemnts in our St. Paul Pioneer Press for an inexpensive hearing aid I sent in a check for $13.90 to cover the cost of the hearing aid and shipping cost on April 22. I was to receive it in six to eight weeks. My check has been cashed but the package containing a hearing aid has not been received. I feel I have been ripped off.
